Returns & Refunds


    We offer a 7 days’ free-return service to all customers purchasing from UPENDS website. If you are not satisfied with UPENDS product, you will have 7 days from the receiving date to return the product and

    only pay for the shipping fee. If the returned product is defective by UPENDS, we will pay for the shipping cost in the form of refund.
    To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    The following conditions are exempt from being returned:
    - 7 days have gone by since your receiving date, and the product is not defective
    - 90 days have gone by since your receiving date, and the product is defective
    - Used pods, coils, or any other accessories
    - Product damaged by inappropriate, incorrect, or irresponsible use
    - Product without purchasing receipt or other proof
    - Product which is not verified by UPENDS authenticating system
    - Product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to support@upends.com.
    We will inform you the address of the nearest drop-off point where you can return the product.

    Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before being received by customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@upends.com and we will confirm the exchanging procedure and shipping address.

    Shipping cost
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the non-defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    Depending on where you live and where the nearest geographic drop-off point is, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping a parcel over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
